Bespoke Hotels has announced the opening date for a Llandudno hotel that closed when the Shearings brand collapsed.
Bay Marine and Bay County had been operated by Shearings Hotels.
But parent company Specialist Leisure Group went into administration in May.
Administrators announced they would not reopen the two hotels after lockdown.
But this month North Wales Live revealed that Bespoke Hotels based in Warrington, had taken on both hotels.
They signed a five year management deal for the sites, which were operated but not owned by Shearings.
Now Bespoke has announced the Marine will reopen on Friday October 2.
It is a boost for the resort which was badly hit in lockdown but has bounced back strongly since then.
The County hotel is expected to reopen next spring.
Mostyn Estates has also bought the Ambassador Hotel which shut last year and are currently carrying out revamp work on the property.
Queens, Llandudno Bay, and Belmont, which were trading in administration before Covid hit, remain closed.
They had been part of Gavin Woodhouse’s collection of sites under his Northern Powerhouse Development group, which collapsed last year.
There are strong hopes they will be snapped up in the coming months.
