Boston hotels are offering work-from-home packages during the coronavirus pandemic, charging guests for daytime use and tossing in perks such as complimentary high-speed WiFi, dining credits, and even access to amenities such as fitness centers and roof deck putting greens.

Beacon Hill hotel XV Beacon has a package called Your exclusive Boutique Office, which sets workers up in a luxurious private parlor room with complimentary high-speed WiFi, a large desk with stationery and pens, a private bathroom, a separate sitting area beside a gas fireplace, and a 42-inch smart TV.

The package also includes complimentary water and personal protective equipment (PPE) kits, and opportunities for midday breaks on the hotel’s private roof deck for a game of corn hole or a swing on the putting green. Guests can also order gourmet “in-office” food from Mooo…. a restaurant adjacent to the hotel, for an additional cost. The package, which costs $600 plus tax, is available between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Back Bay’s Mandarin Oriental, Boston offers Working from M.O, which invites workers to set up shop for the day inside one of the hotel’s newly renovated guest rooms. Guests receive complimentary high-speed WiFi, a $50 dining credit, and access to the hotel’s printing facilities and fitness center. The package costs $297 plus tax and is available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The offer is not available for suites.

Those looking for a suite can head to The Eliot Hotel in Back Bay, which also has a Work from Home package.

“Our one-bedroom suites, complete with a living room and desk will provide you with the space and solitude you need to work remotely,” writes the hotel on its website.

Day guests using the package receive complimentary high-speed WiFi and coffee and tea in their room. Only two guests are allowed at a time, according to the hotel, and meetings may not be hosted in the room. The cost is $125 and the package is available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Worth noting: Those used to working late should keep track of the time or face getting charged for a full night.
